Which platform keeps the least?
On a typical $30 sale, Depop (US) and TikTok Shop without creators take the smallest share, and Facebook Marketplace is free for local pickup. Mercari and Whatnot take around 10% to 11%, Etsy about 10% to 11%, and eBay around 14% to 15%. Poshmark takes 20%, and Amazon with FBA often takes a third of a low-priced item. Shopify takes the least per order, but you pay for your own traffic.
The right answer depends on your item and costs. The comparison tool runs the numbers on every platform at once.
